"Pretty happy with it so far"
I ordered from honeywellsmartlighting.com everything went smoothly. It was easy enough to get going, and I haven’t run into any headaches so far. Overall, I’m happy with the whole thing.

"Works Fine When It Feels Like It"
I’ve been using the Honeywell smart lighting app for a while now, and for the most part, it’s easy to figure out. Setting up schedules was surprisingly painless, and the lights usually respond fast enough, which is nice. Every now and then the app decides it needs a few extra seconds to load or reconnect, because apparently turning on lights requires a dramatic pause, but it’s not the end of the world. Overall, it does what I need it to do most days.

"Setup worked eventually, but the promises were vague"
I did get the lights working in the end, but the setup wasn’t as clear as I expected. The instructions felt a little all over the place, and pairing the app took me two tries. They make it sound like everything will be quick and simple, but that’s a vague promise when you’re sitting there trying to figure out what step you missed. It works fine now, but the whole start was more frustrating than it needed to be.

"Didn't really lower my power use"
I thought these lights were gonna help cut down my electric bill, but my usage has barely moved. The app keeps saying they’re efficient, but my actual meter doesnt seem to agree lol. Kinda dissapointed, was expecting a bigger difference.

"Honestly, it just works with Alexa"
I was kind of expecting setup to be a whole thing, but nope, it was actually really easy. Got it connected to Alexa quickly, and now the voice controls work every time. I keep thinking, “Okay, this is how smart home stuff is supposed to feel.”

"Warranty support was kind of a letdown"
I had a problem with one of my Honeywell smart lights and tried going through the warranty process. it took way longer than I expected to get a real response, and I kept being asked for the same details over and over, lol. The light was fine when it was working, but dealing with support ended up feeling like more trouble than it was worth.

"Dimming could definitely be smoother"
Overall, the lights work fine, but the dimming performance is a bit disappointing. When I lower them to a dim setting, there’s some noticeable flickering, which is kind of annoying. For the price, I was expecting a more polished and consistent experience.

"Setup was confusing, even though the dimmer seemed decent"
I bought a smart dimmer and went to honeywellsmartlighting.com thinking setup would be straightforward. The actual switch seemed fine and I still think it probably would’ve worked well once connected, but the setup was a mess. The pairing steps on the site didn’t match what I was seeing in the app, then another page had different reset instructions, and the dimmer just kept blinking no matter what I tried.

I did the usual stuff like switching to 2.4ghz Wi-Fi, factory resetting it, making a new account, and trying again from scratch. Support was polite, I guess, but also not helpful at all since the replies felt like copy paste and they kept telling me to repeat steps I had already sent screenshots of. After 3 days I returned it. Maybe I just got unlucky, but for something this basic, it really shouldn’t be that hard.

"Pretty solid for the price"
I picked up a couple of these smart bulbs they’ve been working fine for what I paid. Setup took a few minutes longer than I expected, and the app is just okay, but nothing too frustrating. They’re not perfect, but they still feel like a good deal overall, if that makes sense

I’ve been using these Honeywell smart lights for over a year now, and they’ve been really useful. They still work well, connect without much trouble, and the schedules have been dependable. The app can be a bit slow here and there, but overall I’m happy with them and they’ve made things a little easier day to day.

"Works, but the motion sensing gets frustrating"
I was hoping this would be a little more reliable, but it’s been kind of annoying. Setup was straightforward, so I felt good about it at first, but the sensor misses me more often than I expected or turns on late. When it works, it’s fine, but the accuracy just isn’t great and it can get frustrating after a while.

"Decent lights, but they made me do more messing around than I wanted"
I picked up a couple of Honeywell smart bulbs, and overall they’re fine. The bulbs feel sturdy enough, and the brightness is good, so I don’t really have complaints about the actual light they put out.
The annoying part is that one of them started flickering after a few weeks, which meant I had to start troubleshooting instead of just using the thing. The app connection also drops here and there, so I’ve had to reconnect or fiddle with settings more often than I’d like.

For the price, I expected them to be a little less of a hassle. They’re not awful, just kind of average, and I’d probably only buy them again if they were on sale.

The app just will not stay connected to my lights. I keep having to reconnect everything, and it feels like this issue is being completely ignored. It’s really frustrating when I just want the lights to work without dealing with the connection dropping all the time.

I was checking out their smart lighting options, the prices felt a little hard to justify. For what the products are, they seem more expensive than they should be.
Some of the main items are priced close to other brands, but once you factor in extras, bundles, or accessories, the overall value just doesn’t feel that great. I understand paying a bit more for a recognizable brand, but there still needs to be a fair balance.

The products might be good, but the pricing doesn’t really make me want to buy right away. Personally, I’d probably wait for a decent sale before considering them.

I bought a smart dimmer and realized quickly it wasn’t going to work with my setup, so I sent it back. The return form itself was simple enough, no real complaints there. But the refund took almost two weeks, and I ended up having to email them once, which made me a little suspicious it was just going to sit there unless I nudged them. It did finally come through, so not a disaster, just slower than I expected

I was hoping this would make scheduling easier, but it’s been frustrating. The schedules don’t always run the way they’re supposed to, and the app can be confusing to figure out at times. I keep feeling like I should’ve looked at other options before buying it

"Not quite bright enough for my rooms"
I bought a couple of lights from honeywellsmartlighting.com i was expecting them to be brighter. Even turned all the way up, they feel more like a soft lamp than actual room lighting, which was kinda dissapointing.

Setup was easy enough and they do look nice, so no big complaints there. But for what I needed, they just don’t put out enough light. They’d probably be fine in a hallway or as a night light, just not as the main light in a room...
